Taco Fiesta™ Salad Bowl
You know it's a party when the recipe calls for Bush’s® Taco Fiesta™ Sidekicks. This fresh and flavorful salad bowl unites zesty ground beef and saucy black beans for a protein-rich dish perfect for taco night.

Ingredients
- Taco Fiesta Salad Bowl
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt
- 1 can (15.1 oz) Bush's Sidekicks™ Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, warmed
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Avocado, for serving
- Shredded Mexican-blend cheese, for serving
- Lightly crushed tortilla chips, for serving
Cooking Instructions
- 1HEAT
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned, 5-8 minutes. Add taco seasoning and follow instructions on package. Set aside.
- 2WHISK
Whisk together sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl and season with 1 tsp salt.
- 3ASSEMBLE
Assemble taco salad with black beans, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, red onion, avocado, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips. Drizzle with sour cream mixture.
