  • 3 cups instant long grain white rice or brown rice 
  • 1½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Pico De Gallo salsa, mild 
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) Southwest corn (Green Giant), drained 
  • 1 can (15 oz) Bush’s® Southwest Zest Pinto Beans
  • 3 Tbsp Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 

Optional Toppings

avocado, sour cream, cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    HEAT

    Prepare rice according to package directions

    MIX

    Mix cooked chicken with salsa.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, layer 1 cup rice, ½ cup of chicken and salsa mixture, ¼ cup corn, ½ cup Bush’s® Southwest Zest and 1 Tbsp. of cheese.
