BUSH’S® Slow-Cooked N' Savory Pintos with Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skin on
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cans (15.0 oz) Bush’s® Slow-Cooked N’ Savory Pinto Beans
Cooking Instructions
- 1BRUSH
Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and brush both sides of each thigh with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2MIX
Combine paprika, garlic, onion and thyme and mix in a small bowl.
- 3SEASON
Rub half of the seasoning mixture evenly over the 4 skin-side thighs. Turn thighs over and sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture on top.
- 4SAUTE
Place chicken thighs, skin-side down, in single layer in skillet. Medium Heat. Sauté about 10- 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Warm Bush’s® Slow-Cooked N’ Savory Pinto Beans and serve on the side.
