Bush's® Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans Stuffed Jalapeños
These smoky, cheesy bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers are stuffed with Bush's® Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans and gooey mozzarella for the ultimate tailgate or cookout treat.

Ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños
- 1 cup Bush's® Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans
- 1 cup chopped FarmRich Breaded Mozzarella Sticks (or shredded cheddar cheese)
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half
- Toothpicks
Cooking Instructions
- 1PREHEAT
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 2PREP
Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. If you prefer less heat, make sure to remove all seeds.
- 3MIX
Mix Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans and chopped FarmRich Breaded Mozzarella Sticks in a bowl and set to the side.
- 4FILL
Fill each jalapeño half with a spoonful of the beans and cheese mixture.
- 5ASSEMBLE
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with half slice of bacon. Secure bacon with toothpick.
- 6BAKE
Place bacon-wrapped jalapeños on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your tailgate appetizer!
