- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Cooking Instructions
- 1PREP
Take steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Pat steaks dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
- 2SEASON
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks. Season generously with sea salt and black pepper.
- 3PREHEAT
Preheat grill to high heat (around 450-500 degrees F). If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are white-hot.
- 4GRILL
Place steaks on grill and close the lid. Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 130 degrees F for medium-rare, or adjust time according to your preferred doneness (use a meat thermometer: 130 degrees F for medium-rare, 140 degrees F for medium, 150 degrees F for medium-well).
- 5FINISH
During last minute of grilling, place small pat of unsalted butter on each steak. Let butter melt and baste steaks for extra flavor.
- 6REST
Remove steaks from grill and let rest on cutting board for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy steak.
- 7SERVE
Slice steaks against the grain and serve with Bush’s® Hot Honey Grillin’ Beans.
- 8TIPS
For a little extra sweet heat, drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey®.
