Grillin’ Beans® Fully Loaded Potato Skins
The sweet heat of Bush’s Hot Honey Grillin’ Beans® with creamy Yukon Gold potatoes has the bold flavors you need for big game days. Just top with bacon, green onions, chilies, and sour cream to score your watch party snack goals!

Ingredients
- 12 medium Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Kosher salt
- 1 (21.7 oz) can Bush’s® Hot Honey Grillin’ Beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 6 slices cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- Black pepper, freshly ground

Cooking Instructions
- 1PREHEAT
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2BAKE
Pierce potatoes all over with a fork, rub with oil and salt. Bake potatoes on foil-lined baking sheet until skins are slightly shriveled and potatoes are soft, 40-45 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven and set aside to cool.
- 3SCOOP
Once potatoes are cool enough to handle, halve each potato lengthwise and scoop out most of the baked potato flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato around edges of skin. Save scooped potato for another use.
- 4FILL
Divide 1 can of beans evenly in each potato half. Top with cheese and bake filled potato skins again until beans are warmed through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- 5SERVE
Serve the potato skins topped with bacon, green onions, red chilies, sour cream, and black pepper.
