Greek-Style Bush’s® Black Bean Smashburgers
Bush’s® Black Beans plus the perfect seasoning grill up into a flavorful, satisfying vegetarian burger. Serve on a pita with fresh veggies and tzatziki sauce for the full experience!

Ingredients
- Smashburgers
- 2 (15 oz) cans Bush's® Black Beans, drained, rinsed, and smashed
- 1 red onion, finely minced or grated
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp greek seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- Pita bread
Optional Toppings
Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion, Feta Cheese, Tzatziki Sauce
Cooking Instructions
- 1MIX
Mix black beans, spices, and minced red onion together.
- 2SCOOP
Spread bean mixture onto pita bread.
- 3GRILL
Place bean side down on grill, cooking until slightly charred.
- 4SERVE
Remove from grill and dress with preferred toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce. Dig in!
