Chili Walking Tacos
Bush’s® flavorful chili beans put a great twist on walking tacos. Chili on corn chips with cheese, sour cream, guacamole and other great toppings – enjoy the flavor fiesta wherever you go.

Ingredients
- Chili
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, cored and finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans Bush’s® Chili Magic® Classic Homestyle
- Tacos
- 1 large bag corn chips
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 pint guacamole
- 1 pint pico de gallo
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
- 1SAUTE
Heat vegetable oil in large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up pieces with wooden spoon, until browned, 8-10 minutes. Add onion and green pepper and cook until vegetables have softened and onions are translucent, 5-7 minutes.
- 2COOK
Season with 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and add chili powder and cook, stirring frequently, until chili powder is slightly toasted, about 30 seconds. Add tomato paste and cook, stirring to coat meat and vegetables, until tomato paste is slightly rusty in color, 1-2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and chili starter, stir to coat, and bring to gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Cook until diced tomatoes have softened slightly and flavors have melded, 12-15 minutes.
- 3ASSEMBLE
Divide corn chips into 10 to 12 small serving bags. Top with 1 large scoop of chili and add sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese to taste.
