Chicken Nachos with Bush’s® Bluey Baked Beans
Enjoy family meal time with these chicken nachos featuring Bush’s® Bluey Baked Beans. Chips layered with chicken, beans, and queso and served with sliced avocado and fruit make a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (15.8 oz) Bush’s® Bluey Baked Beans
- 1/2 cup queso
- 2 1/2 cups tortilla chips
- Sliced avocado, for serving
- Fruit, for serving
Cooking Instructions
- 1COMBINE
Combine rotisserie chicken and baked beans in a medium pot and warm over low heat. Warm queso in a separate small pot.
- 2ASSEMBLE
Layer a few tortilla chips, top with large spoonful of bean and chicken mixture, then spoonful of queso. Repeat with tortilla chips, bean mixture, and queso.

Serve nachos with sliced avocados and fruit.
