Bush’s® Barbecue Chicken Nachos
A little bit of beans add a lotta-bit of flavor in these nachos topped with barbecue chicken, tangy pickled red onions, Bush’s® Baked Beans, and queso. Serve with sour cream and sliced jalapeños for an extra kick.

Ingredients
- Barbecue Chicken Nachos
- 1 lb barbecue chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 pkg (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
- 1 can (28 oz) Bush’s® Original Baked Beans
- 1 cup queso
- ¼ cup jalapeños, sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
- ⅓ cup pickled onions (optional)
- Pickled Red Onions
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Cooking Instructions
- 1PREHEAT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2MIX
Mix chicken with barbecue sauce, set aside.
- 3LAYER
Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan.
- 4TOP
Top chips with beans, chicken, queso and jalapeños.
- 5BAKE
Bake in oven 10 minutes or until beans are warm.
- 6SERVE
Serve with sour cream & pickled onions if desired.
- 7OPTIONAL
Place onions in heat proof bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan & bring to a boil. Pour liquid over onions and let cool to room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes. Leftover onions can be stored in refrigerator 4 days.
