Bacon Guacamole Beef Sliders

Whether you guac this way or slide this way, just be sure to get here hungry. These small-but-mighty burgers are topped with bacon, guacamole and mozzarella. We recommend serving these beauties with any Bush's Baked Beans.

Serves: 4
  • 2 lbs of ground beef of your choice
  • 12 slider size burger buns
  • 12 bacon slices of your choice
  • 4 large Hass avocados
  • 1 tomato, fine diced
  • ¼ cup of purple onion, fine diced
  • 1 Tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp of minced cilantro
  • 12 mozzarella slices
  • Chipotle mayonnaise or mayo of your choice
  • 1 can Bush's Baked Beans

Cooking Instructions

    MASH

    For the guacamole start with the following. In a medium bowl, mash avocados.

    ADD

    Add the lime juice, salt, pepper to taste and mash until you have a chunky consistency. Add tomatoes, onions, cilantro and incorporate all ingredients well with a spoon. Set aside.

    COOK

    In a separate pan as the burger patties are cooking, cook bacon until desired consistency. Cut bacon in half and set aside.

    ASSEMBLE

    Lightly toast the buns and build the sliders! Bottom bun, chipotle mayo, burger patty, slice of mozzarella cheese, healthy dose of guacamole, slices of bacon and finally top bun smeared with more chipotle mayo, enjoy! Serve with a side of Bush's Baked Beans.
