Mediterranean Grain Bowl
If building the perfect Mediterranean Grain Bowl is all Greek to you, don’t worry — we’ve got your back with this delicious recipe made with Bush’s® Rustic Tuscany™ Sidekicks, grilled chicken, and olives on a bed of greens and grains.

Ingrédients
- Mediterranean Grain Bowl
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can Rustic Tuscany™ Chickpeas
- 5 oz mixed greens lettuce
- 1/2 english cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- Hummus, for serving
- Kalamata olives, for serving
- Pickled red onions, for serving
- Avocado, for serving
- Feta, for serving
- Pita, for serving
- Choice of grains, for serving (Brown rice or quinoa recommended)
Instructions de cuisson
- 1MÉLANGER
Combine the oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper in a small bowl. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- 2GRILLER
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Grill the chicken until cooked through and the breasts reach an internal temperature of 165F, 25 to 30 minutes, flipping a few times for an even browning on all sides. Transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board and rest 10 minutes. Slice and set aside.

Meanwhile, warm the Rustic Tuscany™ Chickpeas in a saucepan.
- 4ASSEMBLER
Assemble the bowls on a bed of your grains and mixed greens, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes among 4 bowls. Top with the grilled chicken and the Rustic Tuscany™ Chickpeas, hummus, olives, pickled red onions, sliced avocados, crumbled feta, and serve with pita on the side!
