BUSH’S® Chili Magic® Potato Skins
Crispy potato skins and Bush’s Chili Magic® make these appetizers a fit for any crowd. Perfectly portable and loaded with fixings, they’re easily the MVP of party treats.

Ingrédients
- 6 russet potatoes
- ½ lb pulled pork
- 1 can BUSH’S® Chili Magic® Chili Starter - Campfire (15.5 oz)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded cheese
Garnitures facultatives
sour cream & sliced scallions
Instructions de cuisson
- 1CUIRE
Bake potatoes in 400F oven for 1 hour.
- 2MÉLANGER
In a large bowl mix pulled pork & beans.
- 3PRENDRE À LA CUILLÈRE
When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut potatoes in half and scoop out centers of potatoes leaving ¼ inch of potato around the inside of the potato
- 4REMPLIR
Fill potato skins with bean & pork mixture, top with cheese
- 5FAIRE FONDRE
Return filled potatoes to oven and melt cheese, 3-5 minutes.

Drizzle potatoes with sour cream & top with scallions
