Pour :
  • 2 cans (15.8 oz) Bush's® Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ lbs)
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 large onions, coarsely diced
  • 1 lb smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup chicken broth

    CHAUFFER

    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken with carrot and onion.

    Add skillet mixture to slow cooker. Top with sausage, beans, tomatoes and broth.
