Ingredients
- 1 can (22 oz) BUSH'S® Steakhouse Recipe Grillin' Beans®
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Tbsp pre-packaged chicken rub seasoning
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Directions
- Toss chicken pieces in prepared rub. Discard remaining rub
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, pepper and onion
- Cook for 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through or until internal temperature reaches 170°F and vegetables are tender
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add beans; stir and simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated completely through
- Remove from heat and serve on bed of rice
