- Drain and rinse beans and add to food processor.
- Add contents of Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Made Easy pouch. Blend to desired consistency.
- Spread hummus on sliced cucumber; place thin slices of red pepper and turkey/ham (optional) on top of the hummus.
- Roll cucumber from one end and hold together with a toothpick.
