Preparation time: 10 minutes actual work, plus draining the beans.
Cooking time: 2 to 4 minutes
1 can (28 ounces) BUSH'S Country Style Baked Beans
6 ten-inch flour tortillas
1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
1 cup sour cream
3 cups white or yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
5 chili peppers, sliced thin
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Drain beans and reserve sauce. Lay tortillas on work surface, brush with butter and invert. Mix bean sauce with sour cream, spread 3 tablespoons of sauce mixture on top half of each tortilla, top with beans, cheese, chilies, green onions and cilantro. Fold tortilla in half over all ingredients.
