1 can of Bush’s Best Garbanzo beans (drained, but reserve liquid)
1 clove of garlic minced
3 Tablespoons of Tahini (sesame paste found in Middleastern section of grocery store)
1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Add reserved liquid one Tablespoon at a time until you reach the consistency you like. Add salt to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with cumin and paprika. Optional: Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with warm pita bread, pita chips, or your favorite cut vegetables.
