1 small acorn squash, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (28-ounce) can BUSH's Vegetarian Baked Beans
1 (15 ½-ounce) can BUSH'S Best White Hominy drained
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
In a large skillet saute squash, onion, and green pepper in hot oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
