Mexicali Bean Pot

1 (28-ounce) can BUSH's Vegetarian Baked Beans
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium-size sweet red or yellow pepper, cut into thin strips,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup coarsely crumbled tortilla chips

In a large skillet saute broccoli, onion, and pepper in hot oil over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in beans, tomato paste, and cumin. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with crumbled tortilla chips before serving.
