Greens with Bacon

2-4 slices bacon
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (15 ounces) BUSH'S BEST Turnip Greens with Diced Turnips
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
Lemon wedges
Vinegar
Hot pepper sauce

Cook bacon in medium-sized skillet until crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside. Pour off all but about one tablespoon of the bacon drippings. In this, cook onion until soft. Add BUSH'S BEST Turnip Greens with Diced Turnips, sugar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Put in serving bowl and top with bacon. Serve with lemon wedges or vinegar and/or hot pepper sauce.
