1 can (15 ½ ounces) BUSH'S Chili Magic Chili Starter
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14 ½ ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
6 6-inch pita breads
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese (see Note) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain. Add the BUSH'S Chili Magic Chili Starter and diced tomatoes; mix well. Spread equal amounts of the mixture over the pitas and top with the cheese. Place on rimmed baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pita is crisp. Cut into wedges and serve. NOTE: For a spicier flavor, substitute shredded Mexican cheese blend for the mozzarella cheese.
