
Diana Barrios Trevino owns and operates Los Barrios restaurant, which The New York Times recently named one of San Antonio's top restaurants, with her brother, Louie Barrios. A San Antonio native, she's been actively involved in her family's restaurant since 1979.
Trevino is the author of "Los Barrios Family Cookbook – Tex-Mex Recipes from the Heart of San Antonio," published in June 2002. She appears regularly on local and national broadcast segments as a Tex-Mex expert, including past appearances on "Weekend Today," "Good Morning America" and "FoodNation with Bobby Flay."
Trevino lives with her husband of 15 years and her three sons.
