  1. In large stock pot, sauté onion, pepper, garlic and butternut squash with vegetable oil for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 10 minutes or until squash is tender.
  3. Stir in BUSH’S® Reduced Sodium Black Beans. Cover, reduce heat and simmer soup for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
